Mozart and Brahms: chamber music
oboe Remco de Vries | clarinet Jan Jansen | horn David Fernández Alonso | bassoon David Spranger | violin Hed Yaron Mayerson | piano Lahav Shani
Mozart Quintet for Piano and Wind Instruments | Brahms Trio for Violin, Horn and Piano
They have a common key signature, their closing movements are full of burgeoning optimism, and both are masterpieces in a totally original make-up.
