Program

conductor Antony Hermus | violin Niek Baar | piano Dina Ivanova

Janáček Suite from The Cunning Little Vixen| Bruch Scottish Fantasy | Liszt Totentanz |
Kodály Dances of Galánta

At the 2017 Liszt Competition Dina Ivanova had the jury, the audiences and the press at her feet with what Trouw described as her ‘powerful, magical and diabolic’ Totentanz. She plays her trump card once again in this concert, which also features Niek Baar – winner of the Oskar Back Competition 2018 – as the soloist in Bruch’s irresistible Scottish Fantasy. Janáček and Kodaly complete the dancing party.
