Mozart Horn Concerto No. 4 | Strauss Tod und Verklärung | Schumann Symphony No. 3, ‘Rhenish’

Following a sparkling conducting debut and a blazing return visit, Nathalie Stutzmann appears with us three times this season. For this November concert she has chosen three composers that mean a great deal to her. ‘To me, Mozart represents eternal youth,’ she tells us. In contrast, Strauss’s Tod und Verklärung describes an artist’s final hours. And Schumann: ‘Schumann is life itself.’
