Rush Hour Concert: Trifonov and Shani

Daniil Trifonov had to cancel this weeks concerts due to illness. The Rush Hour Concert is therefore cancelled.

‘As an artist, he’s one in a million,’ Lahav Shani says of Daniil Trifonov. There is definitely chemistry between them, as became apparent in 2020 when they worked together for the first time, one as conductor, the other as soloist. A magical combination, in the view of reviewer Wenneke Savenije, due in part to the fact that Shani himself is also a brilliant pianist. Now the two are getting together at the piano: a duo recital in a million.
