- Click on an online concert of your choice.
- On the page of the online concert you can click on 'Order a ticket'.
- In the order environment you can choose how many tickets you want to order with the plus sign. You will receive 1 code per ticket with which you can view the online concert. If you watch with 1 household, you choose 1 ticket. You can watch an online concert on a maximum of 1 device at a time with a code.
- Go to the next page, check all the details and enter your email address.
- Complete your order.
- After completing your order you will automatically receive an e-mail with a unique access code (your ticket).

- You can click on the access code from your email, after which you can immediately view the online concert on our website.
- Does the link in your email not work? Then go to the page of the online concert for which you have ordered a ticket, click on 'I already have a code' and enter your code manually.
