Eva Sanchez-Vegazo

Eva Sánchez-Vegazo studied with Lluís Claret at the Conservatori Superior de Música del Liceu and completed her bachelor’s degree at the New England Conservatory in Boston. She is currently continuing her studies with Giovanni Gnocchi at the Mozarteum University Salzburg.

Eva has been a member of the Schleswig-Holstein Festival Orchestra and the European Union Youth Orchestra, performing under conductors such as Vasily Petrenko and Iván Fischer. She has performed with the Philharmonie Salzburg, Tiroler Symphonieorchester Innsbruck, and with the youth orchestras JONC and JONDE. A third prize winner at the IX Agustín Aponte International Music Competition, she has participated in masterclasses with Gustav Rivinius, Ludwig Quandt, and Ophélie Gaillard.
