Alexandre Desplat conducts his own work with us for the first time: a selection from his award-winning film music.
In the film world, Alexandre Desplat holds the status of a demigod. Over the past twenty years, he has received twelve Oscar nominations for Best Original Score—more than any other composer. Our orchestra has performed his music before, but this is the first time Desplat himself will be conducting his own work.
He will conduct the orchestra himself and share more about the soundtracks being performed.
