'I am so curious to see how mega talent Peltokoski will develop! So I will definitely go to his concerts and I am glad that I will also hear Korngold's Violin Concerto because it is very beautiful and is not often performed. Furthermore, there is a lot of Strauss in this season, one of my favorite composers. His music suits our orchestra because of the great richness of sound, the lyrical lines and great impetuosity. In 2021 we did Salomé from him and that was phenomenal. So I'm definitely going to Peltokoski's concert with Yuja Wang, which will feature Strauss's Also sprach Zarathustra, and the Strauss songs with Lahav and Chen Reiss in February. I would also like to see Yannick, always a party of energy, with Die Walküre, and Price's Violin Concerto with Randall Goosby on violin. And then Lahav in June with our orchestra members Roman Spitzer and Emanuele Silvestri as soloists in Don Quixote, again Strauss yes.'
