'I didn't grow up with classical music, so it was quite special that I ended up here. I've been working here for three and a half years now, I'm busy with numbers and regularly listen to classical music during work to get into it a bit. For example, I heard Mahler six and Prokofiev three on the radio, very beautiful but not played by our orchestra. I'm curious how it sounds with our orchestra. And: I have never attended a piano concert and this one is with Lahav, both conductor and pianist. At the very top of my wish list is Swan Lake. Twenty years ago I saw this ballet, now I want to hear it from our orchestra. To really get that Christmas feeling I would choose the Christmas Proms, a mix of Tchaikovsky, Grieg and Humperdinck with conductor Adam Hickox.'.
