De Doelen box office
Tickets for Rotterdam Philharmonic concerts are obtainable from the box office of De Doelen from Monday to Saturday between 10.00 and 18.00. The box office also opens 75 minutes before a concert, exclusively for the sale of tickets for that concert.

Can't make it to the concert? No problem. You can exchange tickets via the customer service of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra for another concert or a voucher. The cost is €3.50 (including service costs) for each transaction plus any price difference between the tickets. Exchanging tickets is possible up to two days before the concert.
Extend expiry date of vouchers
If you have a voucher of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra with an expiration date before July 1, 2020, you can contact our customer service to extend the validity by one year. Please send an e-mail, before the current expiry date, to firstname.lastname@example.org and state the voucher code in the e-mail.
You can request a duplicat of your tickets at the customer service of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra for € 1,50.
A few concert tickets for sold-out concerts are almost always available on the day of the concert. Queue numbers are obtainable from the box office 75 minutes before the concert starts. Shortly before the start of the concert we sell any uncollected tickets to queue number holders.
Latecomers are kindly asked to wait until the interval. Being late does not entitle you to a refund.
Service and shipping costs
We charge €2,75 service costs per order. This amount is needed to partically cover the costs associated with making online and offline ticket sales possible. We charge €1,50 extra to send your tickets by post. You do not owe any service costs when you buy your tickets at the box office of de Doelen or if you order free tickets. The Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra follows the rules of The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets when it comes to charging service costs. Click here for more information.
