Can't make it to the concert? No problem. You can exchange tickets via the customer service of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra for another concert or a voucher. The cost is €3.50 (including service costs) for each transaction plus any price difference between the tickets. Exchanging tickets is possible up to two days before the concert.
You can request a duplicat of your tickets at the customer service of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra for € 1,50.
A few concert tickets for sold-out concerts are almost always available on the day of the concert. Queue numbers are obtainable from the box office 75 minutes before the concert starts. Shortly before the start of the concert we sell any uncollected tickets to queue number holders.
Latecomers are kindly asked to wait until the interval. Being late does not entitle you to a refund.
Service and shipping costs
The Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra charges € 1 per ticket (included in the ticket price) for service costs, which is necessary to cover the costs associated with making your concert tickets (technically) possible. In addition, we charge € 2.75 per order if you wish to receive printed tickets to cover the costs of producing and sending these tickets (this does not apply to concert or free tickets that are purchased/picked up at the box office of De Doelen).
